En ejercicio de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 128 de la Constitución de la República, dicto el siguiente

DECRETO:

Artículo 1. Se concede la condecoración de la Orden del Mérito Policial, en su primera clase, con Distintivos Verde, Blanco y Azul, respectivamente, a los siguientes oficiales generales, superiores y subalternos de la Policía Nacional:
